The goal of this project was to maximizes the living space and provide the desired modern conveniences required by an active family of five.
The original house design offered three upstairs bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms.  The 2,500 square foot renovation plan used a reversed living design to maximize space and views.  The first floor contains four spacious bedrooms, two generous, fully tiled bathrooms, a family and laundry room and ample storage areas.  The second floor offers a circular great room with cathedral ceiling, wood floors, built-in bar and entertainment center overlooking spectacular ocean views.  There are two private decks, two dining areas, a large eat-in kitchen with two sinks, Viking stove and a private lavatory.  The master bedroom enjoys a spacious bath with modern amenities and a large walk-in closet.
